The Burlington Clinic is a private, self-funded practice. That independence lets us keep our full attention on your care, with the time, discretion and tailored approach that private practice allows. Every appointment is available at our Harley Street suite or securely online.
Consultation & Assessment
Initial call
A brief, 15-minute introductory call to discuss your goals and whether the clinic is right for you.
Standard consultation
A 30-minute appointment, for focused reviews and follow-ups.
Extended consultation
A 50-minute appointment, for new patients and more complex diagnostic reviews.
Adult ADHD assessment
A formal diagnostic pathway using the DIVA-5 interview, including a two-hour clinical assessment and a comprehensive medical report.
Specialist Treatment
Specialist medical infusion therapy
Includes continuous medical monitoring, private suite access and supervision throughout. Offered only following an individual clinical assessment.
EMDR & trauma-focused therapy
Sixty-minute sessions with Dr. Saal, in clinic or online.
Payment & Funding
Payment
Payments are taken securely by card via Stripe. Consultation fees are settled at the time of booking. Treatment invoices are issued before a course begins.
Insurance
We provide fully coded invoices so you can claim reimbursement directly from your insurer. We do not currently bill insurers directly. Some plans offer partial cover, so we recommend confirming with your provider.
Please note: all fees are guide prices, confirmed following your initial consultation. We ask for 72 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment; less than this may incur the full session fee.
