Transparent Pricing for Specialist Private Care

At The Burlington Clinic, we operate as a strictly private, self-funding practice. This independence allows us to maintain the highest standards of discretion, provide immediate access to care, and offer a completely bespoke treatment approach unrestricted by the limitations of insurance providers.

I. Consultation & Diagnostic Fees

Every patient journey begins with a clinical conversation to ensure we are the right fit for your needs.

  • Initial Clinical Discovery (15 mins): Complimentary

    • A brief introductory call to discuss your goals and determine clinical suitability.

  • Standard Psychiatric Consultation (30 mins): £200

    • Ideal for targeted reviews or established patient follow-ups.

  • Extended Diagnostic Consultation (50 mins): £400

    • A comprehensive assessment required for new patients or complex diagnostic reviews.

  • Gold-Standard Adult ADHD Assessment: £1,200

    • A formal diagnostic pathway utilising DIVA-5 protocols. Includes pre-screening, a 2h clinical interview, and a comprehensive medical report for workplace or academic adjustments.

II. Specialist Treatment & Interventional Fees

Our interventions are delivered in a controlled, consultant-supervised environment, ensuring the highest safety and efficacy.

  • Specialist Medical Infusion Therapy: £795 per session

    • Includes hospital-grade monitoring, private suite access, and continuous medical supervision throughout the clinical session.

  • EMDR & Trauma-Informed Therapy: £300 per session

    • Intensive sessions (60mins) led by Dr. Saal. Available in-clinic or via our online service.

III. Payment & Funding Information

As a self-pay clinic, we prioritise ease of transaction so you can focus entirely on your recovery.

  • Payment Methods: We only accept payments via Stripe using major credit and debit cards.

  • Payment Timing: To secure your specialist time slot, consultation fees are settled at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice before your treatment course starts.

  • Insurance: As a self-pay clinic, we provide coded invoices for you to claim back costs independently. We do not work directly with insurance providers.

IV. Specialist Outreach (At-Home Care)

Patients who require treatment in the privacy of their own residence are invited to contact us to discuss availability.

For home-based assessments, additional fees apply to cover travel and clinical arrangements. A member of our team will provide a personalised quote.

Cancellation Policy: We require 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled within this window may be subject to the full session fee.
